At Diamond Mind, client service is paramount. Providing exceptional service with every customer touch pervades our company culture. We’re on a first name basis with most of our school contacts and proactively building relationships with our schools is the center of our go to market strategy. Our customer service approach is unique for electronic payment providers working in the independent school market due to our campus-wide approach and the alignment of our entire organization, people, processes, technology and strategy around the needs of our clients.
Each school is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who proactively reaches out to the school each quarter to make sure things are going well on campus and to offer any assistance the school might need. We currently have six account managers serving approximately 125 schools each.
Our Client Services team consists of five professionals who focus solely on K-12 independent schools. This group is available daily to answer or troubleshoot questions, help with reconciliation, implement account changes, and assist with the day-to-day issues that come up on campus. Each representative is trained extensively and given broad exposure to the wealth of experience we have built in the K-12 market before they begin working with clients. We are very proud of the results, including our 99% retention rate.
